Terms of stay

The hotel is a 5-storey building featuring 495 well-appointed guestrooms, including 482 Deluxe City/Pool View rooms, 6 Junior Suites, 4 Family Suites, 2 Executive Suites, and 1 Presidential Suite.

Each room is intended to pay homage to the tradition of modern Khmer style. Once you step into your room, you will be greeted by friendly staff dedicated to enhancing your tranquility and peace of mind.

All our traditional guestrooms and suites are tastefully designed with Cambodian wood furnishings and come complete with full amenities to ensure a pleasurable stay.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME

Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time at 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be subjected to room availability. Late check-out up to 6pm is subject to 50% rooms charge. Full rate will be charged for late check-out after 6pm.

FAMILY PLAN

For children age between 5-11 yrs. old stay free of charge with parents in existing accommodation but breakfast will be an additional charge of USD $10.00 per child.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by cash, VISA, Master, AMEX cards or bank transfer. All payment must be settled in American Dollars (USD).
Additional bank charges that will arise or/a result from the payment made via credit card or bank transfer which is the sole responsibility of the client.
